PREPARATORY PROGRAM

This information is used for students interested in private lessons. By submitting this form, an application will be generated and send to the Preparatory Program Administrator who keeps the information on file. After current/returning students have registered after each semester, if there is a particular open spot in the program, the Administrator in the office will contact those who have submitted the list and schedule for auditions with the specific teacher who has openings.

Please be reminded that our program will not consider children below the age of six for private lessons in our setting. Therefore, families should not submit an application until their child has reached at least six-years-old, preferably older. A spot in the program is not guaranteed by submitting this request.
